Are your products Eco-friendly?
Yes! We use a wide range of Eco-friendly products. Contact us to find out more.

For average jobs we bring out 1 cleaner. For larger cleans, such as end of lease or exit cleans, we will bring 2-4 cleaners depending on the space that requires cleaning.

We can clean daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Whenever you need us, we can be there!
We are always sharing what we’re up to on our Instagram page. Follow us to see our updates, before and after photos and cleaning tips.
Our preferred payment method is direct bank transfer.  Our information will be in the deposit email and invoice.
Your clean is very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee .The amount of the fee will be equal to your initial deposit.​
 
All bookings are priced and planned to a strict time schedule. It is important for our staff to have access to the location at the time of the booking.
In the circumstance that our staff cannot enter the location of the clean, staff will contact you and wait 15 minutes after the arrival time. If no contact is made within 15 minutes, the clean will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
 
All invoices must be paid within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your clean until payment is received. If you are unable to make payment by the due date, please reach out to our team to discuss.
We provide quotes within 24 hours for standard requests. Emergency cleaning services are available around the clock. Contact us directly for urgent needs and we’ll arrange immediate assistance.
Yes, all our team members are fully insured with comprehensive public liability coverage. We provide documentation upon request and maintain current insurance at all times.
